How much does a Google Maps virtual tour cost?
Prices start from £247 + VAT for 10 connected 360 photographs. The price per photograph comes down for larger tours. We’ll discuss what you’d like to show and confirm a fixed quote before you book. You can see example prices in the table above.
How many 360 photos does my business need?
It depends on your space and what you want people to see. A shop might need several angles to show its displays, while an open room may need fewer photographs. We’ll suggest where to take the photos so customers can see the important details and move easily through the tour.
Can you include outdoor areas or more than one floor?
Yes. We can photograph different floors, entrances, gardens, terraces and other areas you’d like customers to explore. If you also need roads or paths across a larger site, we can help with Google Street View Mapping.
How long does the photography take? Do we need to close?
Many small and medium businesses take one to two hours to photograph. You may be able to stay open while we work, depending on the layout and how busy it is. We’ll agree a suitable time with you beforehand. A quieter period usually helps us get the best results.
How should we prepare our business for photography?
Tidy the space, arrange your displays, clear walkways and remove confidential information from view. We’ll discuss access, lighting and timing with you before the shoot.

How do you add the tour to our Google Maps listing?
Send us your business address or Google Maps link and we’ll check the listing before booking. We handle the editing, connect the photographs and publish the tour. If anything is needed from you, we’ll explain it beforehand.

Editing and uploading usually takes a couple of days to a week, depending on the size of your space. Google may need a few more days to display the connected tour across Maps and Search. We’ll send you a link when it’s ready to review.

Are there any monthly fees for my Google Maps virtual tour?
No. There are no monthly hosting or subscription fees from Google or 360 View for your Google Maps tour. If you need new photography or changes later, we’ll quote for that separately. Google controls how published tours are displayed and whether they remain available.
Can we embed our Google Maps virtual tour on our website?
Yes. We’ll send you the code to add it to your website, along with a link you can share with customers. You can pass the code to whoever looks after your website, and we can help if they have any questions. There’s no additional charge for the link or embed code.
Can you update the tour if our business changes?
Yes. If you change your displays, refurbish or add new areas, get in touch. We’ll look at what needs photographing again and whether part of the tour can be updated or a new tour would work better. We’ll confirm the price before starting.
