Our Matterport Pro3 camera uses LiDAR, a laser that measures distance, so large rooms, warehouses and outdoor areas are captured accurately. From the same scan, your team can order schematic floor plans, MatterPak and E57 point cloud files for CAD software, and BIM models for design and facilities teams. Share the formats and level of detail you need, and we will confirm whether Matterport suits the task or whether 3D laser scanning is the better fit.

How soon is a Matterport tour delivered after the scan?
Most 360 View Matterport tours are ready within 24 hours of the scan, and larger spaces usually within 48 hours. For large or multi building projects, we confirm the delivery date in your quote.
How long does Matterport scanning take, can the business stay open, and how is privacy handled?
360 View estimates Matterport scanning time before you book, based on size and layout. Most businesses stay open: we capture at quieter times and send a preparation guide. Spaces look best empty, so we agree beforehand what is shown, what stays out of view and who can see the model. Faces are blurred, and confidential projects are never published.
Are there ongoing costs for a 360 View Matterport tour, and who owns it?
The only ongoing cost is hosting, from £12 a month. 360 View can host your Matterport tour, or transfer it free to your own Matterport account. You own the tour and its data under Matterport’s terms, and any files you order are yours to keep.
Can 360 View update a Matterport tour later, and what support is included?
Yes. 360 View can change start points, information tags, links and presentation remotely at any time. If your space changes physically, we rescan only the affected areas, quoted separately. And if anything goes wrong with a tour we manage, we deal with Matterport for you.
Can a Matterport tour be private, for internal teams only?
Yes. Many 360 View Matterport tours are never published. Access can be limited to a private link or named users, so owners, architects, facilities and project teams on different sites can work from one shared model without travelling.
